Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe

Servings: 8 (1 cup per serving)

Ingredients


  • Tuna, canned | 12 oz

  • WGR Pasta (dry) | 0.5 lbs

  • Peas, frozen | 1 cup

  • Corn, canned | 1 cup

  • Celery, diced | ½ cup

  • Carrots, shredded | 1 cup

  • Mayo | 1 cup

  • Mustard | 1 Tbsp.

  • Salt and Pepper | To taste



Directions


  1. In a large pot, boil water to cook the pasta to al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside to cool for 10 minutes.

  2. While the pasta cools, thaw peas under cold running water, rinse and diced celery, drain the can of tuna, drain the can of corn, and place all the ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Add the cooled pasta, mayo, and mustard, and thoroughly mix all the ingredients. Season to taste. Served chilled. Note: 1 cup serving for age group 1-5 years old.
