Ingredients
Oats, old fashioned | 2 cups
Greek Yogurt | 1 cups
Milk | 2 cups
Cream Cheese | 1/2 cup
Raisins | 1/4 cups
Shredded Carrots | 2 cups
Ground Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon
Vanilla Extract | 1 Teaspoon
Honey | 1/4 cup
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until thoroughly smooth.
Fold in dry oats, raisins, and shredded carrots into the yogurt mixture until thoroughly combined.
Cover the bowl with clear wrap and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
Next day, take out from the refrigerator and serve! Note: ½ cup serving for age group 1-5 years old.
