Carrot Cake Overnight Oats Recipe

Servings: 8 (1/2 cup per serving)

Prep time: 20 minutes

Total time: 5 hours 20 minutes (preferably prepared the previous day)

Ingredients


  • Oats, old fashioned | 2 cups

  • Greek Yogurt | 1 cups

  • Milk | 2 cups

  • Cream Cheese | 1/2 cup

  • Raisins | 1/4 cups

  • Shredded Carrots | 2 cups

  • Ground Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon

  • Vanilla Extract | 1 Teaspoon

  • Honey | 1/4 cup



Directions


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, cream cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until thoroughly smooth.

  2. Fold in dry oats, raisins, and shredded carrots into the yogurt mixture until thoroughly combined.

  3. Cover the bowl with clear wrap and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.

  4. Next day, take out from the refrigerator and serve! Note: ½ cup serving for age group 1-5 years old.
