Ingredients
Cottage Cheese, 2% fat | 2 cup
Apples, Fuji (or preferred choice) | 4 cups
Raisins | ½ cup
Cinnamon | 1/8 cup
Maple Syrup (or preferred sweetener) | ¼ cup
Directions
Rinse apples, core, and dice to ½ inch cubes.
In a cup of choice, layer ½ cup of diced apples, ¼ cup of cottage cheese, topped with 1 tsp of maple syrup, ½ tsp cinnamon, and 1 Tbsp of raisins.
Serve cold or cover each cup and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Note: Add 1% milk to make it a creditable breakfast. Age group 1-5 years old.
